We photographed shopping centers all over the United States. When photographing a shopping center, we capture signage, landscaping, shoppers, store fronts, courts, parking lots, mall entrances, unique architectural features, and more. Clients’ needs, lighting, weather, season, and location will determine the amount of images we capture.
Capturing exteriors depends on lighting, camera angles, environment and the right equipment. Here are unique images that clients have requested. Every exterior image is unique.
It’s the details. When we photograph an interior, we like to capture the details, the environment, the texture, and the feeling of the space. Every space is unique, and we want to showcase your project.
It’s important to capture the architectural style of the resident. We not only capture the entire room, but the little features that give it character and its finished look.
These products are planned out, usually using studio lighting and bringing in more camera equipment and props. These shoots take more time and use more space for shooting. Our job is to make your products look like a million dollars.
Time is money and the last thing we want is to interfere with shoppers in your store. Most of these images are captured with available lighting and minimal disturbance of the retail surroundings. The key is merchandising, lighting and camera angles. We try to get in and get out without interfering with your customers.
We will take your vision and our tricks of the trade in shooting food, and create mouth watering photographs.
We make it easy… we come to you. Whether it’s going to your place of business and setting up a background, or meeting you in a location and using the available environment, we can photograph one or two, or your entire team.
We love to capture the working environment. Whether it’s putting on safety gear and photographing in steel plants, or on construction sites, we can help tell the story of business and your workers. Popping color, dramatic lighting, and image textures … it’s all about the look.
Freeze Frame … We love to stop the action. Angles, lighting, blurring, stop action, remote lighting … from rodeos to soccer let us provide you with the image your iPhone just can’t capture.
We use different methods of shooting these images from low aerial inside open spaces to acres in a helicopter. We like to shoot on sunny days to make our images pop with color. Weather and sunlight will determine the shooting schedule.
We love to travel. Whether it’s for business or pleasure, we always have a camera up to our eye. Many of our images can be used for stock photography or background images in presentations. These are just a few images that have been used for projects.
Your business might have sponsorship opportunities. This tool can be used to describe the size, price, and details without having to have the client actually go to the property. This makes a great selling tool.
Once construction is finished, a still image sometimes doesn’t tell the story. This is a great example of an empty store that can be leased by using a virtual walk through. Experience the flooring, lighting, wall texture, backroom/storage space and so on. This is a great leasing tool.
If your space is too large and you only want to highlight a particular area, then check out this example. This is a two story building with offices, practice putting room, lounges, and more. But if the client only wanted to show off the high tech indoor driving range with doors opening up to the outdoors, then this VR tour is just what they need. We can limit where you want your guest to visit in the project.
